El Mirage / Your care questions

# What else do people ask? Leave fewer loose ends.

Use these questions to make a care offer easier to understand. The answer may send you back to the clinician or the plan.

Keep asking until you know which person, product and bill are being discussed.

## Questions to clear up before a visit

-

### Does peptide specialist tell me enough about a person?

Begin with the person’s actual professional role and licence. Ask what experience relates to the health concern you brought.

-

### Is an online visit automatically enough?

The clinician must assess whether remote care suits the patient’s needs under Arizona rules as of October 3, 2026.

Ask how the service would arrange any needed in-person care.

-

### Is compounded the same as approved?

Compounded means made to order.

FDA is the US medicine review agency.

FDA warns, as of September 26, 2026, against presenting medicine made to order as equivalent to an approved drug.

Ask whether the product itself has an approval record.

-

### Does a licence settle the medicine question?

A pharmacy permit does not by itself show that a particular medicine made to order can legally be supplied.

Ask the prescriber and pharmacist why the ingredients are allowed and how it meets the limits on copying a ready-made medicine.

The compounding-notes page explains the copy rule; pharmacy-check shows where to check the maker.

-

### Does a lower price tell me the care is worse?

Price alone does not establish whether a pharmacy is legitimate; FDA’s price caution belongs alongside its other checks.

Compare what is included, then examine the care and pharmacy records.

## Where can I raise a concern?

Use Arizona’s Medical Board, the state office overseeing MD doctors, for a complaint about a doctor with MD after the name.

Doctors with DO after their name are overseen by a separate state office. Use the DO complaint link below for those doctors.

The Nursing Board provides a route for complaints about possible nursing-law or rule violations.

Arizona’s Attorney General offers a consumer complaint route for misleading or unfair dealings; it does not promise a resolution.

Match the complaint to the issue: the clinician’s care, the medicine or a charge. Keep the records that explain what happened.
